Hart & Cooley, Inc Receives Supplier of the Year Award from USACDJohn Staples, President of USACD, presented the award to Bernard Roy, President of Hart & Cooley, at the Hart & Cooley exhibit at the AHR Expo. The annual award is given for superior customer service and performance in the following categories: quality and value, order fill rate, flexible warranty and return program, and support and service responsiveness "For almost 20 years, Hart & Cooley has been a strategic partner with USACD and continues to add value to our business," Staples said. Launches New Sales ToolWe have instituted a new tool to help you stay abreast of all of the opportunities you have with our commercial and industrial brands; AMPCO, Hart & Cooley, HeatFab, Milcor, Portals Plus, Roof Products & Systems (RPS), Selkirk and Ward Industries. Our new tool is an easy to use list in Excel format compiling all projects in the country which require the use of our products in written specifications. Monthly, you will receive a list of all of those projects which have been updated in the last 30 days.

AL29-4C - The "Super Metal"AL29-4C alloy is a superferritic stainless steel designed by Allegheny Ludlum for extreme resistance to chloride ion pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking (SCC), as well as general corrosion in oxidizing and moderately reducing environments. The alloy was developed in the early 1980's for welded condenser tubing to be used in seawater and brackish water by the power generation industry. It is this extreme resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion that has led to the installation of over 2000 miles of AL29-4C tubing in power plant condensers and heat exchangers.

HCI Academy Offering On Site TrainingIn addition to live and recorded webinars, HCI Academy offers on-site training for customers across the US. This offering is part of our value-added strategy which is aimed at maximizing profitability for our customers. Topics include air distribution, GRD and flex duct sizing, chimney and venting, LEED and IAQ. Recently classes were held in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, Florida and in Traverse City, Michigan. Contractors have found HCI Academy training to add significant value and be very informative.
