CAROL STREAM, ILLINOIS - Hart & Cooley, Inc. held its Fall Distributor Advisory Council recently near the new Commercial Products Group manufacturing facility in Carol Stream, IL.
The purpose of the council is to provide a forum for in-depth discussions with key customers including:
- Sharing information regarding market trends and competitor intelligence
- Discussing Hart & Cooley service levels, and hearing suggestions for what we can do better to meet customer requirements
- Identifying and prioritizing new products, services and programs
- Discussing strategic initiatives and how we can best leverage our mutual capabilities and strengths to achieve a competitive advantage
The Fall meeting's agenda also included presentations on the SMART air & energy Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Energy Efficiency product lines, upcoming website enhancements and an overview of Hart & Cooley's key competitive advantages in the areas of brand recognition, market coverage, product breadth and performance, and service and support capabilities.
The meeting included a tour of the Commercial Product's Group new manufacturing facility located in Carol Stream, IL. Products manufactured there include standard and custom roof curbs, roof penetration and drainage products, roof hatches, smoke vents, flexible duct and aluminum chimney liners.
