Hart & Cooley, Inc. Appoints New President

Hart & Cooley, Inc. is proud to announce that Mike Winn has been appointed as President effective July 11, 2011.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Winn held the position of Vice-president and General Manager at Titus, a manufacturer of commercial air distribution products. He has served in numerous other management positions within the HVAC industry; seven years of which was spent with Lennox Industries, and six years at Research Products Corporation. Mike is an excellent and exciting appointment for Hart and Cooley, with nearly two decades of experience in the HVAC industry. He brings an in-depth knowledge of product development, sales, manufacturing, sourcing, and marketing.

Mr. Winn's experience is broad and comprehensive. We welcome his proven and consistent track record for driving market share, revenue and profitability growth, and orchestrating large scale culture change.
